   Good morning everyone! I hope your weekend is off to the perfect start! Today I’m going to show you some of my CHIC Lightroom Presets in action. The 5 Vintage presets that are featured today can be found in The Complete Collection,  along with hundreds of other stunning presets and brushes. Let me tell you a little bit about this shoot. The other day I was thinking about the types of images that represent vintage glamour. Thoughts of silver screen legends, diamonds and roses kept coming to mind. My imagination went to hollywood movie premiers, intimate after parties at Chateau Marmont and famous women decked out to the nine’s. Naturally, my thoughts strayed to actresses like Bridgett Bardot, Marilyn Monroe and Sophia Loren. I flipped through one of my coffee table books and found this gorgeous portrait of Sophia Loren from 1962 and I was sold. I gathered the pink roses that I received from my lovely husband, a few pieces of costume jewellery and went to town snapping shots from various angles and apertures. I used my trusty Canon 5D Camera with my go-to 50 mm lens. Later I imported the raw files into Adobe Lightroom and looked through my glamorous vintage presets to find the ones that best suited each shot. I selected 5 beautiful presets to offer a variety of vintage looks…

“Romantic” – This preset is my quintessential vintage preset. Think 1930’s/1940’s movies like Gone with the Wind and Casablanca!

“70’s Chic” – This preset was inspired by the 70’s disco era. Think Saturday Night Fever!

“Carousel” – This preset was inspired by the pastel coloured carousel beside the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

“Simply Sage” – Design inspiration: The lush gardens at Cháteau de Villandry in the Loire Valley, France.

“J’adore” – I designed this preset with inspiration from the chic DIOR perfume with the same name.
