Free Lightroom Preset | Brooklyn Bridge

The Free Lightroom Preset for September is called: “Brooklyn Bridge” and it was inspired by the time that we spent in New York City earlier this month! A week ago I found myself standing on The Brooklyn Bridge looking up at a gorgeous blue sky and thinking to myself, “I wish I could bottle this feeling!” If you’ve ever walked across this bridge, you understand what I mean. It makes you feel like you’re literally floating on top of the world, like you’ve stepped into a dream or something. It’s our favorite place to photograph when we visit the city. As I stood there, I imagined how the color palette (blue, beige, black, silver) would look in Lightroom. I imagined how everything would look in a softer shade with a hint of a tone curve and the tiniest bit of split toning. When we arrived home, I went straight to work “bottling” the Brooklyn Bridge experience and giving it a signature Chic Presets look.
